The Florence Stitchers get together on Thursday afternoons to sew quilts for the homeless in Ontario, hats and mittens for Chatham-Kent shelters, clothing for Caribbean children, and these colourful pneumonia vests for African hospital patients. If you have cotton or yarn to donate, they can whip it into something both stylish and life-saving in no time. If you would like to join them, see the Announcements page for time and place details. No worries about your skill level. There is a job for every level of craftiness.
